A whole painted world — peacock plumes, blossom, a coil of myth along the border — poured onto fluid polyester that moves a half-second after you do. It's sheer on purpose: an open, unlined kaftan built to float over a slip, over swim, over slim trousers and a tank, letting your own base layer set the coverage while the painting does the talking.
The drape is the whole point. This fabric pours instead of holding a shape, so the print reads like a scarf laid across the light. The batwing sleeves fall like wings when you lift your arms; the self-tie sash draws it to a waist whenever you want one and lets it drift free when you don't; a high front slit keeps it walking, not billowing. And because it's polyester, it packs flat into a carry-on, shrugs off a week of sun without fading, and comes out of the case ready to wear.
Layer it over a column slip for dinner, open over a swimsuit by the water, or loose over cream trousers for lunch. Let the outfit underneath be simple. Let the kaftan be the event.
