The bodice is cut close and seamed to the true waist, the square neckline set wide across the collarbone so it frames rather than gaps. A covered self-belt draws everything in before the skirt releases — so the fullness reads as movement, not volume. It falls from where you're smallest, skims the hip, and swings at the calf.
