The deep V is bound in a fine picot edge and answered by a shirred waistband that finds your true waist and holds it, so the neckline stays where you put it. Slip a nude cami underneath — the only prep this dress asks for — and the soft blouson sleeves stay intentionally sheer, exactly where the light should catch.
