The Anabelia arrives in plush velvet the colour of the last light of day — a collared top that opens to three warm wooden buttons, sleeves that gather softly at the wrist, and a wide, pleated trouser that pours from the waist in one uninterrupted line. Wear the two together for dinner, or split them: the top over slim denim, the trouser with a fine knit.

The pleats fall from a defined high waist, so the fullness drops away from you rather than across you — a long, lengthening column that a heel finishes beautifully. The velvet has a quiet, shifting sheen and a stretch that moves with you; a light steam lifts any travel marks and it settles back to smooth. Fully opaque, top to toe.

Made for the cooler edge of the day — a terrace at dusk, a restaurant in December, a trip somewhere with a little chill in the air.
