Hand-beaded from shoulder to hem in a sweep of Art Deco geometry and soft floral clusters — copper, gold, jet — the beadwork runs the full way around, front and back, the way only the good ones do. Below the hip it breaks into a dense, scalloped fringe that catches the light and moves when you do.

It's worked on a whisper-light mesh, so all that glass sits featherlight on the shoulder — the swing of the fringe, none of the weight you'd expect. The beaded body sits over an opaque base; the flutter sleeves and the fringe are sheer by design, the way the era intended, with just a glimmer of leg through the strands.
