The bodice is gathered into fine diagonal folds — bias ruching that quietly does the work, tracing the waist and breaking the light into soft ripples rather than one hard, revealing sheen. That's the honest trick of it: gathered satin conceals where flat satin would expose. From the hip, the pinstripe pleats release into a full, pouring fishtail — held close where you want the line, then falling away from the body entirely, so nothing hasto cling to look fitted. Copper on deep navy runs the whole length of you; the eye travels up and the leg reads long.

A little collar and a soft open placket keep it grounded — a fishtail you can wear to lunch and to dinner, flat sandals then a heel, without ever looking like you wandered off a red carpet. The pleats don't open until below your widest point, so the drop-waist lengthens rather than cuts. Structured where it counts, free everywhere else.
